Why doesn't it work? The image link doesn't even appears.
I have another cpanel theme and the autoconfig works very well. How do I fix it?

I took a look at COOLBREEZE dir on my server and I didn't find two files.
- coolbreeze/images/confmail.jpg - clientconf.html
Please, send me these two files so that I can have this working.

I just doublechecked and the files are there. I am afraid you are uploading to the server an old copy (maybe the one you have initially downloaded).
Please check your downloads directory if there are any files "coolbreeze+co.tgz", "coolbreeze+co.tgz-1" etc. Remove them all and repeat update.

Coolbreeze is downloaded into /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend, right?
If so, there's not any coolbreeze+co.tgz file there.

You need to follow the directions exactly and download the file. If you get a "forbidden" error then your license has expired and you need to renew it.

I followed very well and my licence is younger than 7 days.
Besides, I downloaded the file and saved it on my HD. Then I opened coolbreeze and I didn't see the /frontend/coolbreeze/clientconf.html
That's why it doesn't work.
Do you really know what problem I'm telling you?
I really need this working.
I'm sorry but I've just bought it and I'm upset because I thought it would work very well.
