9) What if nothing in this FAQ area helps?

Try this:

chattr -R -i /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico
chown -R root.root /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico
chattr -R -i /var/netenberg
chown -R root.root /var/netenberg

Then use the Fantastico admin panel -> Update/Get files command to perform a "Fantastico core files update" and "Get complete master files."

Check to see if Fantastico is working now.

If not, and you tried all the other solutions, try reinstalling your copy of Fantastico:
